How to fix 0x800703EE error?

When copying a folder from Explorer to an S3 bucket, a 0x800703EE error occurs. How can I fix it?

  • OS: Windows10 Ent 1803

This error did not occur in the old version (3.7.687).
Isn’t it due to some specification change?
