Having issues with adding other Nas accounts to access under one account

Hi, we are trying to use WebDav to access with multiple nas accounts, but are unable to rebuild connections to confirm that the accounts are accessible and working on the nas properly.
We are wondering about the process for refund at this point as we aren’t seeing any issues with the number of licenses being used for the one member for the different computers and the inability to access other nas accounts with WebDav.
To be clear we are not asking for a refund at this time.
