We have NetDrive 3 connecting to an FTP site for integration with our ERP system. Lately, we’ve noticed that pulling up the NetDrive on Windows File Explorer sometimes takes several minutes to load and display. What are some reasons for this? Are there any settings/best practices/etc. for speeding up this access? It doesn’t appear to happen all the time, so what could be causes for the slow display/access? What can we look at to keep this slowdown from happening?
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
There is no credential information in the log files.
