FTP and FTPS wrong timestamps,

This issue happens for many years and has not been solved untill now.
Files on External Server have correct file stamp
Filestamps of Files seen with FileZilla are correct. (same as local)
Filestamps of Files transported with NetDrive are incorrect (2 hours earlier)

Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?

There is no credential information in the log files.
