Frequent issues such as File Lock service not available

The message “File Lock service not available” is being displayed because NetDrive is unable to establish a connection with the websocket server responsible for publishing file lock related events.

To help us diagnose the issue, please set the log level to VERBOSE and reproduce the problem. Afterward, please follow the instructions in the following link to send us the debug log file:
