when i modify files, for example Word ou Excel, i have a file .tmp created and file desappear, help me please ?

The file .tmp is created and deleted by Microsoft office when you are using them.

Or attach debug log files to figure out what happened.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

Hello.

The files you attached are not logged in VERBOSE log level.

Please set log lovel to VERBOSE, reproduce your issue.

In addition, I found the errors HTTP 404, HTTP 405, HTTP 500 from the files you attached.

HTTP 404 : Not Found
HTTP 405 : Method Not Allowed ( for MKDIR )
HTTP 500 : Internal Server Error

I wonder what your NAS server is.

And I recommend checking webdav’s option.
