Files on my laptop but not on the server or corrupted

Hi all,

I have a lot of customer which have problems with netdrive, sometime they think their files are save on the NAS, they don’t have any error message but when they try to access after, the file is not here or is corrupted.

Today, the user don’t see her file after save it on Netdrive but it was saved in the Synology. It’s like Netdrive freeze, even after restart as Netdrive was in autologin.

I got these errors in the logs :

Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
