Failed to add, config, or delete drives

Getting the “Failed to add drive”, “Failed to delete drive”, and “Failed to configure drive” errors whenever I try to do any of those actions.

Happens intermittently, but when it happens I am unable to add or edit any existing drives.

WebDAV. Synology NAS.

This is for a company server to which I am an administrator. This is a server that I access and use every day; issue occurs when I try to make a change to existing Netdrive drive (such as updating user password or changing drive name).

I can message the logs to a Netdrive staff.
