Dear Bddrive Support Team,
We are having an issue with the NetDrive3 application about the synchronization of files from an SFTP server.
The application does not display the existing files in the SFTP folders on the created local drive.
We would appreciate your support to solve this problem that is preventing the use of the application.
The problems that have occurred are as follows:
- When you move a file from the NetDrive (file explorer), it is uploaded to the server and disappears from the NetDrive explorer.
- When you upload a file to FTP directly with an application such as Filezilla, it is also not displayed on the local NetDrive.

We have another error with NetDrive3 when we try to copy a file in a mapped SFTP folder, you can find the error in the image:
We hope you to tell us all the necessary information about the SFTP requirements for the best functioning of it, or in other case to detail us all the causes by which provokes the aforementioned problem, because it is a problem that prevents workin on it.
