Sorry for the delay. I got your log file and it seems that there is a problem with NetDrive filesystem layer. According to the log file filesystem layer failed to create storage. Can you please reinstall NetDrive 3 and check if it works? Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.
Sorry for the delays. We failed to reproduce the problem on our test environment. What build of Windows 10 do you use?
i’ve just installed an Insider Preview 1709 to test, and i have the same problem…

Dear sorreste
Are you using anti-virus program or anti-malware program to protect pc?
If so, let me know which program you are using.
I think the device driver NetDrive using is blocked by something like above programs
Ciao jyyoon,

Dear Customers.
If you are using Windows 10 Insider Preview, we found the solution of this issue.
Refer to this page from Microsoft to add registry value “IoBlockLegacyFsFilters”
The default value of “IoBlockLegacyFsFilters” is 0 according to above page. But with insider preview, the default value of “IoBlockLegacyFsFilters” is changed from 0 to 1.
So If you add “IoBlockLegacyFsFilters” value and set 0, NetDrive will work well.
Uninstall NetDrive and reboot.
Add “IoBlockLegacyFsFilters” registry value and set it 0.
Install NetDrive again.
Regards.
