I’m receiving a “Failed to connect to BDrive Server” when logging into the NetDrive app. It worked fine during the trial period. I purchased the Team lifetime license.

Could you send debug log files to figure out what happened?
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
There is no credential information in the log files.
