Dropbox Connection Issue

Hi,

I’m trying to add a Dropnox connection but keep getting a spinning circle after adding the account. I didd try installing the certificate as advised in other posts, but no luck.

I have purchased a personal licence. I’m running this on Windows Server 2019 as I need to sync some files from Dropbox to a TrueNAS server on my network.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hello. If you have problems adding the drive item like as below image, this issue can be solved by installing a root certificate to your machine. [image] Please download attached comodo_root.zip file and unzip it. comodo_root.zip (1.5 KB) Then, install to “Local Machine”. [image] [image] If the certificate is installed, you can add a drive item normally. Please try to add and connect after installing the certificate to “Local Machine”.
