Drive Disappearing after connection

I can connect to a drive and then open the drive in my file explorer but soon after the drives disappears. I have to go back to the NetDrive application and select “open” again for the drive to reappear. I have the set up on another PC and I am not having this issue. Can you tell me what could be causing the drive to disappear? Thank you

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no credential information in the log files.
