Cut & Paste not working

Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10

I have a user that is unable to cut and paste folders when connected to the Synology with NetDrive and WebDav. It gives the error that the file is in use. However, we are able to copy and paste just fine with the same files.netdrivelogs.zip (877.4 KB) netdrivelogs.zip (877.4 KB)

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no credential information in the log files.
