Could Someone Give me Advice with CloudSync and Multiple Cloud Storage Providers?

I have been using CloudSync with multiple cloud storage providers for a few months now; and I have encountered some recurring issues that I hope the community can help me with.

The first problem is that synchronization between these cloud services and my local files often seems to lag. I am noticing delays of up to an hour before files uploaded to one service show up in the corresponding folders of the others.

This is particularly troublesome when I am working on time-sensitive projects that require immediate syncing across platforms. Has anyone else experienced similar delays; and if so; how did you address them? :thinking:

Another issue is that some files are not syncing at all; especially larger files. They seem to get stuck in a perpetual syncing status without ever completing the process.

I have tried restarting the CloudSync app and even disconnecting and reconnecting the cloud accounts, but the problem persists. Are there specific settings or troubleshooting steps I might be missing that could resolve this? :thinking:

Lastly, I have also noticed that occasionally; the file versioning between different cloud providers is inconsistent. A file I updated on Dropbox may not reflect the same changes when I access it through Google Drive or OneDrive.

This is causing a lot of confusion and could potentially lead to data loss if not addressed. Has anyone found a reliable way to maintain consistent file versions across different services? :thinking:

The logs will help us understand what might be causing these synchronization delays, issues with larger files, and file versioning inconsistencies.

To help us resolve your issue faster, please follow these steps:

  1. Launch the CloudSync app.
  2. Pause any ongoing sync jobs.
  3. Tap the “Settings” icon.
  4. In the Log Level field, choose “VERBOSE”.
  5. Try to recreate the issue you are facing.
  6. In the SETTINGS menu, tap “Open log folder” to find the “cloudsync.log” file.
  7. Upload the log file.
