Connection Error with NetDrive3 – Assistance Needed

Hi everyone, I’ve recently started using NetDrive3 and successfully accessed my company’s Cloud Servers 1 & 2 for about two weeks without any issues. However, today I encountered a persistent “Connection Error” every time I tried to log in, despite multiple attempts throughout the day.
To troubleshoot, I’ve verified that:

  • My company’s servers are functioning properly: I can access both servers without any issues using the WebDAV browser on my iPhone.
  • All login configurations are correct: I’ve double-checked my login details and other settings, and everything is accurate.
    Given that the problem seems isolated to NetDrive3, I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this issue.
