Can't create new directory on S3

I just purchased Netdrive3 but I can’t create a new directory on S3 I get: Error 0x8000FFFF: Catastrophic failure

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

Did you create a folder in the root of the mounted drive?

Then it was a bucket. It’s restricted by bucket’s name rule.

I recomment to create a bucket in your aws console in your browser.
