Cant Connect on WEBDAV only on 1 specific laptop

I have 3 licenses of Netdrive. I am logging into an IOSAFE NAS device via WEBDAV on a specified port. It has worked just fine on 2 Surface Pros for a while. I added a 3rd license, installed, then logged into my account. That connection appeared automatically because it was a SAVED WEBDAV connection. But it won’t connect. I connected the surface pro just fine, sitting right next to this new HP laptop, so its not a Blocked IP address or security issue from the IOSAFE.
Why wouldn’t this new laptop connect?
