Hello,
i use the netdrive since last year in may. All was fine till yet. Now i can’t open the software anymore. When i restart the program the passwort field is grey and i cannot write into the field.
Today one file cannot be copied and then the netdrive crashes. Now i can do nothing. But i need the drive for my work here. The space where the data is, is still fine. Can anyone help me ?

Please check your Windows Defender Firewall.

Hello.
The following topic will be helpful to solve your issue.
If the UI is stuck in the splash window after running NetDrive, the service nd3svc.exe or ndagent.exe may not be running.
In this case, check whether nd3svc.exe and ndagent.exe are running by referring to the following.
Press Windows Key + R and type services.msc to launch the Services List.

2.Check “Status” and “Startup Type” of NetDrive3 Agent (Product NetDrive3) and NetDrive3 Service (Product NetDrive3) in the service list.
“Status” should be “Running” and “Startup Type” should…
