Cannot login to my NetDrive account

Hi,
I am sending my request here after advice from Lena (lena@bdrive.com).
I am trying to login to my NetDrive-3 using my email address: roger_schiphorst@yahoo.com.
During the trial period (last week) I did not encounter any problems to log in.
After my 7 day trial period ended I subscribed to a one year one device paid subscription $19,99
I am using Netdrive 3 on my home computer (W10 - no proxy)
When I try to login the the blue/green N-icon is continuously rotating on the loginscreen and nothing happens…
During my trial period my NAS was connected automaticcaly upon login - this does not happen anymore.
Rebooting my computer does not solve the issue

Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10 (home - no proxy)
I am contacting you via this forum after instructions from Lena (@bdrive.com)
Tested last week NetDrive 7 day trial : OK - could access flawlessly my NAS
Subscribed subsequently to a one year one device subscription and now cannot login to my account - see screenshot - and cannot connect to my NAS.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no credential information in the log files.

Uninstalling - Rebooting - Reinstalling (as administrator) - Rebooting : solved the issue.

I should be all set.
