NetDrive version: Latest found with the upgrade system
Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10
Hello, I have 3 licences for 3 PCs and since about 3 weeks, when I try to enter on the webdav mapped drive, it is displayed empty. I’m using Avast antiviru, I don’t know if it is important.
What can I do to reconnect again my webdav drive ?
Best regards, Sebastien

Hello Sebastien.
Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?
After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :
Change Log Level
First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE.
Go to Settings:

Change log level to VERBOSE:

Set to DEBUG if you use old version because there is no VERBOSE log level.
Get back to DRIVES screen
Changed log level takes effect when you leave SETTINGS screen.
Reproduce your problem !
After changing log level you must repeat your steps to reproduce the problem you have. This time it will be logged in relevant log files.

Hello Sebastien.
I reviewed the log files you attached.
According your log files, there is no files or folders in your webdav root.
Check your webdav server configuration.
Regards.
Hello Jyyoon,
Unfortunately, the webdav server (which is a WD NAS server) has data and more over they a visible from a Mac. Do you think reinstalling and doing again the configuration could help ?
