Can´t upload files to Clouds

suddenly, don´t know what I change, I have problems to

upload files to clouds (webdav, google). I got this error

In addition in Task Manager I see
“Net Drive File Lock Service is not available”.

Is missing service the reason? How I can activate under WIN10?

There is no login related credential information in the log files.
