Cache error query

hello
A cache error occurs when connecting a device.
I don’t know why, there was no problem with windows 10
It worked fine on windows 11.
It does not work while changing the work environment to another PC.
The log file is sent as an attachment.

NetDrive couldn’t find the cache folder.

Where the D:\cache folder located? Local HDD or SDD?

I use ssd.
It is divided into two partitions
I tested both locations.
The result is the same.
ssd is local.

Could you please change the cache folder to an ascii only name folder and check if it works?

I tried changing the access path to d:\cache, but the same error still occurs.
