App keeps crashing on 2nd PC

I have a new PC, so I set up NetDrive3 on it, and a few times a day the message pops up that it crashed with no explanation. I’m not sure which log files to add, or where to add them, but I can as soon as I figure that out.

Hello.

Thank you for using NetDrive.

Could you attach debug log files to figure out what happened?

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

There is no login related credential information in the log files.

Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused.

Regards.

debug.zip (976.4 KB)
Hopefully this works

I reviewed the log files you attached and found suspicous point of your issue.

Can we have a remote sessoin to solve the issue?

If you want, please let me know your AnyDesk address and the time you are available with UTC.

AnyDesk can be downloaded from Download AnyDesk for Free.

Regards.

I’d rather not expose my computer to anyone, can I just ask about what you believe is conspicuous so I can address it?

I got it.

I will give you a test version soon to get more detail logs.

Regards.

Any updates?

Could you try with below url version?

https://files.bdrive.com/netdrive/builds/f2da44e6e4754920bae57f8eb4e2bd41/NetDrive3_Setup-3.15.578.exe

Please attach log files after reproducing the issue.

nd3log.zip (1.9 MB)
Just got it to do it again

Could you attach all the log files in the log folder?

nd3log.zip (8.6 MB)
Not sure what happened, but I just re-added the whole folder again.

Hello.

I reviewed the log files you attached

Could you test one more time after replace some files?

Debug.zip (10.3 MB)

Please copy files in the attached zip file to the installed folder (ex : “C:\Program Files (x86)\Bdrive\NetDrive3”).

Before doing that, exit NetDrive.exe and kill ndagent.exe by task manager.

Then copy the files.

After copying them, please reboot your pc.

Regards.

Netdrive3 service wont even start now.

I think it’s the best to have a remote session to solve your issue.

Or could you try below command with above files I attached.

In the installed path [c:\Program Files (x86)\Bdrive\NetDrive3]

ndagent.exe -d

image

Then you could see a error message.

Please let me the message.

Regards.

It says it’s missing MSVCP140D.dll VCRUNTIME140D.dll ucrtbased.dll then MSVCP140D.dll again. I’ve installed the latest Visual C++ Redistributable already, but the message doesn’t go away.

MSVCP140D.dll, VCRUNTIME140D.dll and MSVCP140D.dll are attached.

vcred.zip (785.4 KB)

Please copy the files to [c:\Program Files (x86)\Bdrive\NetDrive3].

Hasn’t crashed yet, thank you. Any idea what could be causing the issue though? Seems weird that a freshly installed PC would have issues after I did a fresh install.

Do you have the issue still in a new pc?
