Another User with Login Credentials Error - Fixed

Windows/Mac Version:Windows 10 Home

Hello, I just purchased Netdrive3 and cannot get my credentials to work. I’ve even created new keys with no success. I can use SSH with the same credentials and can login just fine.
I have read every post that I can find… even downloaded an older version 3.4.422, as suggested in one of your posts.

This is a fresh install of Windows 10 Home… No Proxy is being used.
A colleague is using the latest NetDrive with no issues. Is there an issue with Windows 10 Home?

Thank you for using NetDrive

Are you using SFTP protocol with private key file?
Then check your private key file.
NetDrive supports only openssh format not putty format.

If the issue persists, attach debug log files to figure out what happened.

After setting the log level to VERBOSE, please reproduce the problem and send us the debug log file :

Change Log Level First, check your settings and change log level to VERBOSE. There is no credential information in the log files.

What an IDIOT! My colleague said to use the PUBLIC Key and since there’s no indication on the NetDrive3 screen indicating otherwise, I kept assuming it was the public key. Once I used the PRIVATE Key, everything came up like magic!!
