Amazon has discontinued unlimited storage. It now caps at 5GB and you need to purchase more space from them.

They tried to up my bill to over $580/yr for 10TB so I switched to DropBox business @$720/yr for truly unlimited storage. Currently using 18.5TB there for three users & my media server.

When they switched things around they capped you at whatever your current usage was.
