After Update to 3.17.838 no sftp connection

Hey, my ticket was closed a few days ago. I still encounter the same Problem, that sftp Connections do not work with the newest version. I am not allowed to answer on that old ticket. So i wanted to ask if there is some update on that problem? Here is the old topic:
