After Update to 3.17.817 no Connection possible

Hello,
after update from version 3.16.667 to version 3.17.817 the sftp or ftp connections are not working anymore. I put up the loglevel and that is the logfile. I dont know why it works with the old version and stops working with the new version. Any Suggestions?
