Why do I store my connect(password/session) information on the server?

I formatted and os reinstalled my computer.
and netdrive3 reinstall.

netdrive3 in my connection information entered.

i want local save connection infomation.
There is no security.

So basically, Netdrive3 store all created drive details in his own cloud and bind them to netdrive3 account?
