You can find nd2svc.dmp in C:\Program Files\NetDrive2.

Please follow the steps below to make debug log file:

  1. Open NetDrive appilcation UI
  2. Disconnect mounted drives
  3. Go to Options tab
  4. Change log level to ‘DEBUG’
  5. Connect drives
  6. Repeat the task which has problems with your configuration
  7. Send us the log file: C:\ProgramData\NetDrive2\nd2svclog\nd2svc.log
  8. After sending the log file, please set the log level back to ERROR to minimize side effects on performance
