What happens to my one-time license after 1 year?

There are three types of licenses for NetDrive and CloudSync.

  1. Yearly subscription licenses
  2. Lifetime licenses with lifetime support
  3. Lifetime licenses with 1 year support (We recently changed it’s name from One-time license)

For the yearly subscription licenses you will get software updates and technical supports while your subscription is valid.

For the lifetime licenses with lifetime support your license includes lifetime software updates and technical supports.

For the lifetime licenses with 1 year support you will receive software updates and technical supports for 1 year. The support period starts on the day you purchased your product. After 1 year the support period expires. Even if your support period is expired you can continue to use your product but you can only use product versions which are released before the date when your support period expired on (your fallback version).

  • What is included in the price for 1 year : license & support
  • What is FREE after 1 year : lifetime license without support (with your fallback version)

If your support period expires you can renew your support period by following the links in the above pages. We provide two options to renew your support period:

  • 1 year support - base price $20 + $9.95 for each license (device)
  • Lifetime support - base price $0 + $69.96 for each license (device)
