WebDAV drive is NOT read-only even when set as read-only

After connecting my webdav drive and selecting the read-only option, it is still writable! I can delete files, create new files, etc

My WebDAV server will actually reject all write operations so for me there’s no harm done, but it still confuses applications which believes it can write to the drive. And the new files will get stuck in the upload queue.

This seems like a rather serious bug, which could cause accidental data loss.
