When upgrading from 3.16.589 to 3.17.960 the software goes through the upgrade process, once the application restarts it shows as having the 3.16.589 still installed. This happens on the 5 servers I have tried to install the latest update on.

Uninstall the currently installed version 3.16.589 from Uninstall a Program in Control Panel and restart. And try installing 3.17.960.
