Since a reboot of my computer (Windows auto update), I am unable to login on NetDrive3.

I try to login with Google SNS account. But nothing works.

I checked this point : Cannot log into NetDrive and all is OK on my side.

I tried :

  • Remove the NetDrive3 cache.
  • Uninstall + reboot + reinstall.
  • Login on the admin account of bdrive and delete the activated computer

Nothing works!!! This is crazy since I paied my licence last week!!!

Hello,
Same issue for me.

Remove the NetDrive3 cache.
Uninstall + reboot + reinstall.
Login on the admin account of bdrive and delete the activated computer

[2020/04/20 12:48:43.292] [ERROR ] [ 752] [NETDRIVE ] Failed to login with email bdrive id, error = 9001 [ndflatui.cpp:1932]

Please help. Thanks.

Hello.

Does the issue persist?

There was a problem with our server to login with sns account for a while on last weekend and the problem was solved

But I think you did not log in with sns account. The error 9001 means NetDrive could not reach to the server.

Is your pc under proxy?

Regards.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

The issue seems to have been resolved at this point.

There was no proxy whatsoever (Netdrive conf / system (win10) config. ).

Customer is using wifi from his smartphone with an excellent bandwidth and access is fine to anything but the site “accounts.bdrive.com

Netdrive3 client could not access this site.

Https access (via Chrome) was also not operationnal.

Then I had the idea to use a free socks proxy, just to check.

=> it worked immediately.

Then I removed the proxy setting (to “None”) and it kept working (!!??), like something has been “unlocked” ?

I removed all proxy settings, set back local firewall, rebooted the computer and it now works fine.

Could possibly our account or session was locked at your server level ? or left in an unstable state ? and then coming from another IP with the same account put things back in motion ? I don’t know

I thaught you might have been interested to know about this.

Regards.
