Unable to enter password to log in.

This issue usually occurs when NetDrive Agent (ndagent) or NetDrive Service (nd3svc) is not running.
Please make sure both services are started as follows:
- Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- In the list, find the following two services:
- NetDrive3 Agent (ndagent)
- NetDrive3 Service (nd3svc)
- If the status shows “Stopped,” right-click each and select “Start.”
- If they are already “Running,” right-click and choose “Restart.”
- After starting both services, please restart NetDrive and check if you can log in.
