I’ve since learned the issue is not isolated to just team drives as my previous post had said.
We’re looking for the cause of the problem, but we can’t reproduce it, so we’re looking for a way to reproduce the problem. We will continue to look for the cause of the problem and will let you know when we have a solution.
For some better details, users are on a RDS stack with two RD session hosts (we double up licenses for each user). However could user profile disks be a factor?
