Syncing Dropbox Business Account on Synology NAS

Hello,

I am trying to sync my dropbox business account onto my NAS via cloudsync. I am logging into said dropbox business account via an admin account which has global access to ALL folders. Yet, when I connect cloud sync via this account, it is showing the root folder as the personal dropbox business folder. I need to go up another layer to the true root folder where all of the files are stored. Please advise on if this is possible and what I might be missing.

Thanks,

Ryan

Dear Ryan,

Thank you for using CloudSync.

CloudSync supports only sync between subfolders.
You need to put those folders under one parent folder to sync.

Regards.

Thanks for the reply. When I use cloud sync for onedrive, sharepoint, or Dropbox personal, this is not the case. Is this just the case for Dropbox business?

Dear Ryan,

Previously, CloudSync did not support DropBox for business. You can download a CloudSync version that supports DropBox for business from the download link below.

Regards.

My cloudsync is up to date via synology package manager.
