Hello,
I started uploading from a external HD to Google Drive using the web browser, but it failed in the middle. I wanted to resume without losing all that was already uploaded. So I found out Cloudsync.
My question is, would the sync be smart to see that a file is already uploaded and skip that file, since it was uploaded using a different method than cloudsync. Or it will overwrite that file ?
Hello @manager-4df2 ,
CloudSync compares source and destination folders before starting sync.
At first sync it does not overwrite if there is a file with same name and size. This time CloudSync will store file datetime into local DB.
From second sync it will check file name, size and datetime.
Hope this helps.
