Sftp connection failure

an existing sftp connection has been updated to a new domain today, when i try to connect to it the connection fails with the attached error but i’ve no idea what is wrong. i’ve tried generating a public key in putty and still no luck

the sftp host is xxxxxxxxxx.blob.core.windows.net (x commented out), could it be that this hostname is in the wrong format?

Dear dmcconaghie,

If the log says Unable to exchange encryption keys, it might be an ssh key issue.
Can you make your SFTP server connectable without an ssh key and try connecting without an ssh key?
