CloudSync suddenly started re-syncing all of my files, instead of just the changes.
I have been trying to transfer 1.5 TB for 4 days. With the constant crashing, and now it re-syncing nearly 1.5TB… I’ll be trying to complete this for weeks.
Is there a solution?

They are, the program is still attempting to overwrite all files

If you send us the following debug log file, it will help us to check your issue :
Open your CloudSync UI
Stop current sync jobs
Click “Settings” button
Select “VERBOSE” from Log Level field
Repeat steps to reproduce your issue
Click “Open log folder” to find “cloudsync.log” file

I ended up having to pay for a different program to complete the task, as it was time sensitive. Are you able to refund? The program did not work.
