Proxy Settings Message

Dear Support,
I have one laptop that sometimes show the messages as in the attached screenshots. Would you please advise why we have the message appear

Also I have another question. Does netdrive is able to cache the remote files locally in the laptop, so the folders and files in the remote storage would be available in case no internet connection. And is it possible to configure the cache to make certain folders and files available for local access and other are not?

The message is shown when your laptop is offline or failed to connect our server.
We are improving this issue on next release version 3.7.

Unfortunately, the feature you questioned is not supported. But we have a plan about that in a long term.
