We found what caused the issue.

It’s because of our changing of ssl layer library from OpenSSL to WinSSL.

SFTP not working

If your sshd server does not work with WinSSL, you need to add following line to your /etc/ssh/sshd_config file. The problem happens on old Windows versions. Before we found a solution please use NetDrive 3.3.
