Pessoal, estou com problemas para instalar o Netdrive em uma máquina. Ao executar o instalador, no momento de copiar novos arquivos, o instalador automaticamente dá rollback e para a instalação.

This installation issue may occur if a previously installed version of NetDrive was not cleanly removed. To address this, please try the following steps:
- If you have previously used NetDrive, please reinstall that old version first.
- Then, uninstall it completely via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- After that, try installing the latest version again.
If the problem still persists, please send us the installer log file for further analysis. You can find the log file in the following location:
C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Temp\Bdrive
Please compress and attach the entire folder if possible.
