Not receiving the account setup email for new users


In Netdrive 3, I have created several new users at domain “” and they’re not receiving the account setup verification email. In the past we have been able to set up other users with emails
On the other hand, using my gmail account works, the verification is received.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have checked and can confirm that the email system is functioning as expected. I’m unsure as to why your team members have not received the verification email. I’ve manually marked your team member’s email address as verified.
