New install but fail to open

How to fix it ?

I have reinstalled the new PC…

but not able to open cloudsync …tried install Microsoft Visual C++ and restarted the PC, still the same…

i’m tring to install 2.0.280 (Build 280) - 01/18/2018

Please refer this url and install proper runtime.
