Netdrive3 refuses my second NAS

Hello k-muehlemann,
Thank you for contacting us.

The issue you described is most likely caused by one of the following:

  1. SSL certificate issue on your Synology NAS
  • The SSL certificate may be expired or the domain name on the certificate may not match your DDNS address (https://dynamic_DNS2.org:5016).
  • Please open the address directly in your web browser and check whether you see any “SSL security warning.”
  1. Blocked IP address on Synology NAS
  • If Synology’s “Auto Block” feature (Control Panel → Security → Protection → Auto Block) has blocked your PC’s IP address,
NetDrive will not be able to connect.
  • Please check the Auto Block list and remove your PC’s IP address if it appears there.

First, please install the latest version of NetDrive3 and try again:
Download the latest build (v3.18.1147) https://downloads.bdrive.com/netdrive/builds/4ca88f8b2c7e40cf9a1ecf6357406fa0/NetDrive3_Setup-3.18.1147.exe?utm_source=chatgpt.com

If the issue persists, please send us your log files for further analysis.

  1. Please set the log level to VERBOSE
  2. Reproduce the problem.
  3. Afterward, please follow the instructions in the following link to send us the debug log file:

We’ll review the logs carefully and get back to you with a detailed explanation.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Best regards,
NetDrive Support Team
