NetDrive3 mount error on Windows 11 25H2 – Google Drive connects but cannot mount drive

Hello,

I am experiencing a mount error in NetDrive and would like assistance troubleshooting.

I checked the Windows WebClient service as part of diagnostics:

Steps performed:

  1. Opened --Services (services.msc)–
  2. Located --WebClient–
  3. Opened the service properties

Current status:

  • Service Status: --Running–
  • Startup Type: --Automatic–
  • The --Stop-- button is available (Start is disabled because the service is already running)

Despite the WebClient service running correctly, NetDrive still reports a mount error when attempting to connect.

Could you please advise:

  • What additional checks or logs are recommended?
  • Whether any WebDAV or Windows configuration settings may still block mounting?
