I am experiencing a mount error in NetDrive and would like assistance troubleshooting.
I checked the Windows WebClient service as part of diagnostics:
Steps performed:
- Opened --Services (services.msc)–
- Located --WebClient–
- Opened the service properties
Current status:
- Service Status: --Running–
- Startup Type: --Automatic–
- The --Stop-- button is available (Start is disabled because the service is already running)
Despite the WebClient service running correctly, NetDrive still reports a mount error when attempting to connect.
Could you please advise:
- What additional checks or logs are recommended?
- Whether any WebDAV or Windows configuration settings may still block mounting?
