Hello NetDrive Support,
I am still having a mount problem and I need help.
Problem:
- NetDrive opens correctly.
- Drive profiles are present and configured.
- When I click connect, it shows Mount Error.
- The drive does not mount to Windows.
- This happens with ALL providers.
My system:
- Windows 11 25H2
- NetDrive3 (latest version)
What I already tried:
- Restarted PC
- Checked WebClient service (running)
- Reinstalled NetDrive
- Tried running as administrator
- Tried disabling antivirus
- Checked service NetDrive3 Service (Product NetDrive3) — stop/start tested
I already uploaded my logs.zip in the forum before, but my topic was closed without any solution.
Please do not close this topic until this is solved.
I am deafblind and cannot provide screenshots easily.
Please help me step-by-step.
Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for providing the logs.
After analyzing them, the issue is not related to account or network, but rather to the local filesystem driver (WinFsp) on your system.
We can see repeated errors such as:
- “Mount failed with c0000008: The handle is invalid.”
This means:
- Connection to the server is successful
- But the mount fails when creating the drive in Windows
The issue is likely caused by a corrupted WinFsp driver or NetDrive installation,
so we recommend performing a clean reinstall.
The installation order is very important.
Please follow the steps exactly as below:
Solution (Important: follow the order)
- Uninstall NetDrive
- Remove NetDrive from Control Panel
- Uninstall WinFsp
- Remove WinFsp from Control Panel
- Reboot your PC
- Install the latest NetDrive (includes WinFsp)
Additional checks
- Temporarily disable antivirus/security software and test again
This clean reinstall resolves most cases of the
“Mount failed with invalid handle” issue.
If the problem still persists, please let us know and we will assist further.
Thank you.
