Netdrive Stops Working After Purchase

NetDrive version: Latest
Windows/Mac Version: Windows 10

The trial was working. Then, we purchased a year license and after logging in it no longer works. Tried uninstall, reboot, re-install.

I have the same exact issue also on Windows 10
