The trial was working. Then, we purchased a year license and after logging in it no longer works. Tried uninstall, reboot, re-install.

@savedadogs What’s your email account with paid license? I cannot find any license on savedadogs@yahoo.com.
@jlatb Do you still have the issue? On what step do you have problem? Is it login problem or mount problem?
