Netdrive 3 (trial) installed with Nedtdrive 2 on same computer?

Is it possible to install Netdrive 3 on the same computer with a netdrive 2 copy?
What will happen after the trial period when not updated to the official netdrive 3 version?

You can install NetDrive 2 and 3 on the same computer.

After the trial period NetDrive 3 does not work any more in contrast to the NetDrive 2 which continue to work with limited speed and feature.
